The apartment has almost all brand-new furniture, as the previous owner lived there with his family and renovated everything only a few years ago. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one of them has a bath inside, and another one has a shower cabin. Each is placed in each part of the apartment, but you can choose which one to use; it is totally up to you. A spacious kitchen area has a big dining table with chairs, a dish cupboard, two big windows that are perfect for the view and fresh air, a good cooking space with a coffee machine, grill, kettles, a stove, an oven, and multiple storage lockers. It is the biggest room (18.17 m2), has a large couch that can be transformed into a double bed, and a private balcony (1.45 m2). Remaining free space can be modify up to tenant. The room contains a lot of shelves as a place to keep personal stuff, but there is also enough space to put a wardrobe and other furniture if the tenant would like to. The only room that fits the smoking tenants is the one where they can smoke on the balcony. As a double room, it goes for 790 eur/month for one person and for two persons, 840 eur/month (420 eur/month each person).
