We are now looking for a new tenant for a room in a 3-bed flat in a beautiful oId building in Berlin Mitte not far from the Alexanderplatz. The apartment has been compIetely refurnished last year, the equipment is accordingly in perfect condition. All rooms are equipped with wardrobes, workstation and double bed. The costs for internet, electricity, heating and water are included.

The rent for the first month will be paid through HousingAnywhere. The deposit needs to be paid to us directly or via Housing Anywhere payments and should be received before the move-in date, in order to be able to receive the keys.
