Apartment is fully furnished with modern high-quality furniture and equipment. This includes a high quality ceiling mounted projector and surround sound system in the living room. Heating can be set on a timer and controlled remotely by app. There is a large washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and high quality electric hobs and oven. The main shower is high quality and also has a bath. A full range of cooking and cleaning equipment will be available, also a monitor and stationery for working. There is a locked communal basement area for bike storage, and a dedicated underground parking space.

The owner, (me, Oliver) would occasionally want stay in the guest room in the apartment, but no more than 1 week per month and probably less (especially in 2026). We would both meet virtually before concluding the contract to ensure we are both happy with the arrangement. If this is a major issue for you, this can be discussed.

I am a 35 year old man from the UK who has lived in Berlin for 4 years. During the rental period I will mostly be in the UK to support with an unexpected family medical situation. You would be given notice of visits - there would be no surprise appearances. I am friendly, easy to get along with, and respectful of the needs of tenants given my own experiences of being a renter in Berlin. I am looking for someone who will treat the apartment respectfully and be easy to get along with when I am in Berlin.

A professional clean would be undertaken at the start of your move-in, at my expense, with expectation that the apartment would be left in a similar standard at the end of the tenancy.

Location: Off Möllendorfstr. 10367. 2 minutes walk from tram stop Möllensdorfstr- / Storkower Str. (16, 21, M10, M13). 5 minutes walk from tram stop Bernhard-Bästlein-Str. (18, 21, M4, M5, M8, M10, M13). 20 minutes walk (or 5 min bus / tram ride) from S-Frankfurter Allee (U5, Ring-Bahn), S-Storkower Str (Ring-Bahn).

The area and the building are residential family locations. The neighbours are friendly and a mix of young families and older people.
