Hello there future roomie! I am taking over my brother's flat and would love to have a friendly person sharing the flat with me. The main draw of this flat is our beautifully large living room that opens towards the terrace. In your room you’ll have a king-size bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Your room is very bright with two West facing windows. We’ll share one large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing machine, and toilet. There’s also a second guest toilet.

If you need them, I can provide bed sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets.

I’d love for us to personalise the living room quite a bit to make it more homely. The big sofa and kitchen table will be gone, so there’ll be an almost empty room for us to reorganise. A lot of kitchen content will stay, though, so we should have a very liveable place from the start.

I feel like the best part of the flat are the smooth floors under which is the heating. That just feels super cozy. I also have a projector for the huge living room wall.

Overall I’m very community oriented and am hoping to be able to share this very large space with people that are dear to me. So, communal dinners, board game nights, or hang-outs on the balcony sound just lovely to me (not so keen on parties). If that sounds like you, hit me up!
