Your beautiful 28 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, living-dining room and a hallway.

The room has two large windows with windowsill, laminate flooring and a private balcony. The large windows make the room very bright.

The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a cooler, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available and can of course be used.

Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe and a desk with a swivel chair.

We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

We imagine life in a shared flat to be like this: we can meet in the kitchen to eat/cook, or sit together in the evening, but everyone is also taken into consideration. That means that when the door is closed, you have peace and quiet.

We can also do other things together, like sports, bike rides, jogging, beer gardens, parties, etc. - but it's not mandatory.

The property is extremely conveniently located: bus and tram stops are right in front of the house. You can reach Augsburg city center in just a few minutes using public transport.

Infrastructure: pharmacy, discount food store (Netto, Lidl, Kaufland, DM), general practitioner, kindergarten, elementary school, middle school, high school, comprehensive school.

The Curtiusstr tram stop, just a 2-minute walk away, offers optimal connections to the public transport network.
