The apartment is located in Grombühl—close to downtown yet still laid-back. Near the vineyards, Ringpark, and the Mainwiesen with their recreational and leisure opportunities.
The nearest tram stops and bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away.

We’re a four-person shared apartment made up of female students and young professionals. Things are laid-back here, but we also cook together sometimes and enjoy coffee on the balcony.
You can be right in the heart of the city in just a few minutes and go out and do things. What we’re looking for: respectful coexistence, reliability, and a relaxed atmosphere.

ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nach dran. Nah an den Mainwiesen mit ihren Erholungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Die nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestellen und Busse sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.

- schnell in der Innenstadt und an der Uni oder TH
- von hier aus ist man in ein paar Minuten am Ringpark oder in den Weinbergen.

WG-Leben
Wir sind eine 4er-WG aus Studentinnen und jungen Berufstätigen. Bei uns läuft alles entspannt, aber wir kochen auch mal zusammen und trinken auf dem Balkon einen Kaffee.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Stadt und kann was unternehmen. Was wir uns wünschen: respektvolles Miteinander, Verlässlichkeit und eine unkomplizierte Atmosphäre.
