All public transportation are very close: UBahn (U2, U8 )sowie (U3 & U6) ; Bus; Tram to Stachus, Scheidtplatz oder Münchner Freiheit and many famous sightseeing spots are just a few minutes away on foot. The famous Münchner Freiheit is just 20 minutes away walking or by Bus ca 7 Minutes.

This furnished studio apartment (35 square meters) comes with a 140 cm bed, a living room area with a big couch / table , tv and seperate kitchen with door and window, bathroom and big balcony. Fair usage rule: electricity costs are covered up to 80 Eur/ month. Differenz has to pay extra.The kitchen is fully equipped and everything can be used. Dishwasher, iron + ironing board, Nespresso and more stuff you will need is available.
