Das Sonnenhaus mit 4 Wohnungen wurde im mediterranen Stil erbaut und wird von netten und ruhigen Mietern bewohnt.
Schon der freundliche Eingang durch den Hof mit Hecken, Büschen und duftenden Blumen versetzt sie in eine südliche Welt.
Eine große, weiße Holzflügeltür mit viel Glas durchflutet das Treppenhaus mit Licht. Die weißen Wände, das weiße Geländer mit Messing-Handlauf und die französischen Terracotta-Fließen des Treppenhauses begrüßen sie freundlich und führen den mediterranen Stil des Hauses fort.
Das Appartement ist wie das ganze Haus im mediterranen, modernen, hochwertigem Stil eingerichtet, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten.

A large, white wooden double door with lots of glass floods the stairwell with light. The white walls, the white railing with brass handrail and the French terracotta tiles of the staircase greet them warmly and continue the Mediterranean style of the house.
Like the whole house, the apartment is furnished in a Mediterranean, modern, high-quality style that leaves nothing to be desired. The rent includes all utilities, telefon, and cleaning.
