THE APARTMENT:

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is 70 square meters in size and particularly bright. Each of the bedroom is equipped with a king-sized box-spring bed accompanied with fine bedding as well as two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a working desk with a corresponding chair and a large closet with a mirror. In addition to your own room, you will have a spacious kitchen. Moreover, the kitchen is fully supplied with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The kitchen also has an oven and a washing machine. Furthermore, you can enjoy a charming bathroom with a bathtub shower.

DEPOSIT:
To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.

LOCATION:
The apartment is located in a very beautiful and well-maintained old building in the middle of the hip Frankfurt district Sachsenhausen Nord, in the Brückenviertel area! Ideal for interns and young professionals. The district not only impresses with its central location, but also with its cozy atmosphere. There are numerous small alleys and charming buildings all around. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.
