Each bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large closet, and a working desk with a corresponding working desk chair. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The fridge in the kitchen is large and has enough space to keep the food fresh. There is also a freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the kitchen. Furthermore, a beautiful seating corner, consisting of a big marble table and four chic chairs, invites you to socialize with your co-tenants. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a high-quality rain shower. Moreover, the building is equipped with a modern elevator.

The apartment is located in a very central location in a beautiful and well-maintained old building between Konstablerwache and Opera Square. Ideal for young professionals. Eschenheimer Tor is just a few minute walk - the nearest underground station is just a few meters away from the apartment. More central is hardly possible!
