Furnished apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-kept apartment building in the middle of the Medienhafen. The house is equipped with an elevator and the apartment is reached via a portico.
The living and sleeping area is equipped with a flat-screen TV with an integrated DVD player.
The separate kitchen has an oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, plates, cups, pots, etc.
In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine. The balcony faces the large forecourt in front of the house.
The cost for a second or additional person is 50 euros per month.
