The 2-room apartment on offer, plus hallway, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, is located in an apartment building with a total of only five residential units. Old oak trees can be viewed directly from the kitchen bay window, including the squirrels' activity there. It is a very quiet house in which the owners themselves predominantly live. Accordingly, there should be tenants in my apartment who are also more interested in quiet living and do not want to party there. There is a large shopping center, a DIY store, a pharmacy, a bakery and a bank within a radius of approx. 1.5 kilometers. A large shopping center with many smaller and larger stores for daily needs is about 7 kilometers away and there are a whole range of restaurants and snack bars on the way there. In 700 meters away there is also a small kiosk and a bus connection to the local public transport network. The apartment is very easy to reach by car and there are plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the building. Beautiful opportunities for walks and jogging in the countryside are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
The apartment is well equipped. Two people should be able to get along well and also be able to cook and bake.
Next to the one bedroom with a double bed there is a sofa bed in the living room (the red sofa on the picture with a width of 1.5 meters).
