We are renting out our beautiful, cozy home in Griesheim for 8 months, as we will be traveling abroad (rental period: October 1st 2026, to April 30th 2027). The rent listed above already includes all applicable costs, such as electricity, internet, and a small fee for the use of the furniture.
The apartment is perfect for one or two people who work in Darmstadt or the surrounding area, as it has excellent public transportation connections.
This apartment has everything you need for a “home sweet home”: plenty of space and natural light, a bathroom with natural light and a bathtub (which also houses a large washing machine), and two balconies—one for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand, and the other for enjoying your dinner as the sun sets. One balcony has a frame for a hammock, which you’re more than welcome to use. In the living room, you’ll find a large dining table, a swing, a very cozy couch, and a projector, with a screen that can be easily rolled up if you’d rather enjoy a quick yoga session on the mat.
In the bedroom, a 1.80-meter bed awaits you, along with plenty of space for your clothes and books. On the second floor, you can store even more clothes, hang your laundry, and work ergonomically at the height-adjustable desk.
The kitchen has everything a foodie’s heart desires: from an air fryer to a dishwasher and other appliances!
It’s very important to us to find someone for the short-term lease who will cherish and take care of our cozy haven just as much as we do—and who’s also willing to look after the plants :) As mentioned, all costs are already included in the utilities, including electricity, internet, and a small fee for using the furniture.
