The flat is generously designed, individually and stylishly furnished. The furniture, the parquet flooring and the carefully selected art paintings create a living culture of a high standard. The large furnished terrace offers additional space for relaxation.
It has an open living/kitchen area with adjoining terrace, a separate spacious bedroom, hallway and a daylight bathroom.
This beautiful property also features high ceilings that give the area a roomy and fresh feeling, large windows that brighten the living spaces, exceptional decoration, a nice terrace to enjoy lunch outside, a TV, a workspace, an ironing board with iron, bicycle cellar, a washing machine and dryer (both coin operated) in the laundry room, simply put, a lovely long-term stay!
The needs of each guest are individual.
You are welcome to ask us at any time for further equipment, such as a microwave, hairdryer, iron/board or a second set of bed linen for your visit. We would like to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will gladly consider your wishes according to our possibilities.
The high standard of our flats is guaranteed by the 14-day service included in the rental price.
During a service appointment, the flat is cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed. On request, we are happy to carry out a weekly cleaning.
The deposit is 1-2 monthly rents, depending on the length of the rental period. This flat is also only rentable for an indefinite period.
