The so-called Pantaleonsviertel is a 10-minute walk from Cologne's famous shopping streets around Neumarkt and about a 20-minute walk from the cathedral. Despite its central location, it is a quiet residential area – supermarkets and shops for everyday needs as well as a selection of restaurants are still less than a 10-minute walk away. Max-Dietlein-Park is just around the corner. The Poststraße stop is just a few minutes' walk away, from where underground trains (lines 3, 4, 16, 18) run to all important destinations in and around Cologne; the Eifelstraße stop (lines 12, 15, 18) is just as easy to reach.
