Minimum stay: 6 Months. a lovely room in a sharde apartment for a single person to rent. only one of three room are available. the shared apartment has also a kitchen inkluding dish maschine, stove, refrigerator, coffee mashine, microwave, kettle and of course dishes. of course there is a Bathroom in the apartment with shower. The room including a french bed, desk, desk chair, dresser. wardrobe and bedside table like shown on the photo.

The small but beautiful village of Unteressendorf has a bakery with a supermarket and a butcher's shop. Nearby you will find a large supermarket, a doctor's office, commercial areas...
