This beautiful just newly renovated (hidden) is located in the famous Flora neighborhood, on the border of district Wedding and Pankow, very close to Prenzlauer Berg. The transport link is excellent, it’s very close to S-Station (city train). You have direct connections to reach other famous districts in very short time. The location is absolutely amazing.

The (hidden) is located on basement (level -1) which is very quiet, lovingly furnished with high class furniture and includes everything what you need. All rooms have windows towards the very quite and green backyard.

Be aware that this (hidden) is on basement (Souterrain) meaning - 1 level but has big windows and is a bright (hidden). The drain water of WC, shower, etc.. gets pumped via a small lifting station into the drainpipe and makes some noise but still bearable.

This unit is perfect for a single person or a couple looking for space and high class comfort at an affordable price. It has a combined living/sleeping room with a double bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.

Registration (Anmeldung) is possible BUT would cost 200€ for administration. And keep in mind, registration is only required by government if you plan to stay much more longer than 6 months. And if you register the government will request you to pay television fee of ca. 19€ per month which is extra to be paid to government office. The purpose of the registration for the government is to count the population and to plan the infrastructure for the citizens. If you plan to stay longer and need registration for other purposes like for contracts etc. then of course this is a reason.

Deposit 1200€ needs to be paid on the entry date via e.g. instant bank transfer or before that or cash on the entry day.
