Included in the rent: service charges, heating and hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi and sauna. Electricity and gas are included up to a fair monthly amount: electricity up to 120 € per month (about 300 kWh), gas for heating and hot water up to 155 € per month on average over the stay. Any excess is settled at the end of the stay based on the meter readings.

Location: Feuerbachstraße S-Bahn station (S1, direct to Schöneberg, Potsdamer Platz and Friedrichstraße) is about 150 m away, Schloßstraße U-Bahn (U9 towards Kurfürstendamm and Zoo) about 400 m. The Schloßstraße shopping street is around the corner, the Botanical Garden about 2 km.

Who it's for: temporary stays, for example when relocating to Berlin or for a project. Minimum 6 months, maximum 12 months. Up to 4 people; families with children and pets welcome. We rent to one household; subletting is not possible. Non-smoking apartment. Registration (Anmeldung) at the address is possible; we provide the landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung).
