This beautiful, fully furnished studio apartment offers everything you need to enjoy the vibrant life of Berlin. You will find an equipped kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, a dining table and a rain shower in the bathroom. There is a launderette in the building (about €3/wash or dryer). The bed is 160cm wide.

*Please note that after completing the booking for each resident, the following documents must be submitted to the landlord for verification in order to complete the booking:
- Copy of ID card
- Employment contract
- Proof of salary
- Attention: for students there are special regulations regarding the payment guarantee (only national guarantees) or advance payment of the entire rent.

**Please note that moving in is only possible on working days from Monday to Friday (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and moving out only at the end of the month. Your request may be customized.
