Unser Haus liegt an der hinteren Seite der Kulturbrauerei, eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Nur wenige Fußschritte entfernt befindet sich der Kollwitzplatz mit seinem quirligem Leben, Restaurants aller Nationalitäten, Galerien, Parks.. Die U-Bahnstation Eberswalder Str. ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf findet man in den Nebenstrassen, ein REWE ist gegenüber.

Perfect location in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg district. Around the corner is the Kollwitzplatz, the Kastanienallee, the Wasserturm, the Kulturbrauerei and the famous Mauerpark.
It is only a 5 minute walk to the underground station Eberswalder Strasse. From here you can quickly get to the Alexanderplatz and the west of Berlin or to all other directions. Restaurants of all Nations are around. A Supermarket REWE is right across the street in the Kulturbrauerei, other shops for daily need as butcher, baker, dry cleaner or pharmacy are within walking distance.
