We are looking for a subtenant for 5 months for our beautiful 2-room apartment in Berlin. The apartment will be furnished during this period.
The apartment is located in a new building that was completed in 2020.
The apartment includes a kitchen, a balcony, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a shower room. The basement storage room is located on the lowest floor.
As the building is new, it is equipped with modern technology.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
The apartment is so well insulated that you cannot hear any noise from the neighborhood.

Bathroom: approx. 6 m2, no window, but a ventilation system; the washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Rent including utilities and WiFi: €1400/month.
This corresponds to our own costs. (Rent including utilities €1335.96)
The apartment is sublet in consultation with the rental company.

Transport connections:
The apartment is located approx. 8 minutes' walk from the Paracelsus Bad underground station and therefore has excellent transport connections. The U8 underground line runs from there towards Hermannstraße. There is also a bus stop right outside the door. From here, you can easily reach Kurt-Schumacher-Platz (U6).

About Reinickendorf:
Reinickendorf is a rather quiet area. However, if you are looking for hustle and bustle, you can walk to Seestraße (Wedding) in less than 30 minutes, take the bus for only 10 minutes, or take the subway to Prenzlauer Berg in 12 minutes.

In general, we would like to sublet the apartment from January 31, 2026, to July 2026.
The apartment will be available on January 31, 2026.
The handover must take place on this date, as we will be moving abroad afterwards. We are flexible regarding the handover in July.
