Our 1 room apartment with balcony and open kitchen located in the Wedding district in Berlin.

The apartment has a total surface of 40 m2, suitable for maximum 2 occupants.

The area our lovely apartment locates in is very calm and green. It’s on 1st floor with its balcony facing to the vast green backyard of the quiet neighbourhood. From Wedding is less 30 minutes by car to go to Berlin’s major meeting points like Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischergarten und Hackescher Market. From the apartment to:

Bus station is 7 minutes’ walk
Tram station is 6 minutes’ walk
Subway station is 8 minutes’ walk

We showcase the work of young designer and street artists to give the room’s interior the `feel good vibe ́ with natural soothing colours.

The apartment comes with an equipped kitchen:

A brand new white lacquered kitchen where one will enjoy preparing a gourmet or on- the- go meal.
French iconic glasses
Sharp knives and small electronics appliances such as kettle and toaster.

The bathroom is spacious with a shower. A washing machine is available to make your life easier and especially the laundry can be done discretely away from the main living area.

The apartment offers a large double bed (140X200 CM), roomy closets, and free wifi (100Mb).

If you book this apartment, the following rules apply:
If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted.

Please Note: The rental deposit is two months' rent.

If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable.

If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest.

Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
