It includes a bed, desk, office chair, computer monitor, study lamp, static bicycle, clock, radiator, curtains, rugs, Wi-Fi, two bedside drawers, vacuum cleaner, iron, mirror, closets, hangers, complete kitchen utensils and furnished common areas, bathroom, balcony, sauna, laundry, gym, club room.
The tenant must be clean and tidy and follow the apartment's rules. The rent is 265 Euro/month, starting from the second month of tenancy.
