We are looking for a responsible and tidy tenant for our charming and fully renovated home in Helsinki. This stunning home is ready to welcome new residents starting from August 1, 2024. Or possibly even from July.

The house is equipped with fiber optic cable, ensuring fast and stable internet connection. Efficient and cost-saving water-based underfloor heating and an air source heat pump are available. The exterior door is equipped with a smart lock and home heating controlled by smart devices, even remotely. The living room boasts a cozy and warming fireplace. Firewood for the fireplace is available in the yard. An outdoor storage shed is located near the entrance for storing belongings.

Situated in a peaceful area between Myllypuro and Puotila metro stations, and near Itis shopping center, where you find almost any service. Nearby, you'll find two massive 24-hour Supermarkets. Schools and daycare centers are also close by.

The house is strictly non-smoking, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The minimum rental period is 12 months, but we are flexible regarding the duration and can consider different options. Electricity and water are the tenant's responsibility.
