The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster...) as well as full kitchenware. It includes an island that connects with the living room. The living room is furnished with a chaise-longue sofa, flat-screen TV, side table, and many additional details.

The available room has a 1.35 m bed with a mattress and complete bedding (sheets, duvet, cover and pillows), a study desk with lamp and bin, a bedside table with lamp, and a wardrobe with hangers.

The price is €440 per month with all expenses included (electricity, water, heating, building fees and internet).
