As I will spend a Semester abroad, I want to rent out my room from September 1st to January 31st (Winter semester). It is a 24m2 room in a shared apartment (82m2) in Vienna ́s 4th district. You would share the apartment with two roommates: Jonathan: 21yo, studies physics, english native speaker; if he ́s not busy in his room inventing the time machine, he ́s always down for a chat/cooking session. Sebastian: 20yo, will study German literature (probably), very artsy, draws a lot, always down for a philosophical discussion or a cooking session.

The apartment is located near the center of Vienna, near Karlsplatz and TU. Therefore, the connection to public transport is really good; metro, tram and bus lines are just around the corner. Additionally, you could just walk to the city centre in 15 minutes.

The rent will include everything, that is gas, electricity, water, internet and furniture. Everything you see in the fotos can stay. If you would not like a specific peace of furniture to stay, I can remove it without any problem. As you can see in the fotos, I am the proud owner of several plants. The plants could also stay, but with them staying also comes the responsibility of keeping them alive! Just let me know if you would like them to stay and I will gladly tell you how to take care of them:)

In the apartment you will also find a hallway with plenty of storage space, a spaceous kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, ...) a bathroom and a separated toilet. Furthermore, we have our own compartment in the basement and can use the courtyard to park bicycles.
The apartment is a charming "Altbauwohnung", which is typically for Vienna and is characterised by high ceilings and parquet floor.
