The room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed. You will have everything you need. A bed with linen, wardrobe and a workspace (Desk and chair).

The area provides you with several shopping opportunities in a nice area of Vienna near Mariahilfer Straße, the biggest shopping street and excellent connections to public transport.

The city center, main train stations, airport and universities are easily reached with the metro and tram.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. All rooms are separately accessible. The Livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared with your flatmates.

The flat fulfils all your daily living requirements. It comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. It includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet.

This flat-sharing (2 rooms) is mixed and ideal for young open minded people who also want a great networking opportunity. The rent includes electricity, heating, gas and internet.
So you can move in directly without worrying about the necessary utilities. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes and nothing more.

Minimum rental period is 3 months.
A second person (couple) will cost an additional 150 €/month.

Booking is a minimum renting period of 3 months. ONLY for July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month.
