Hey you!
in our 5-room mates flat a room becomes free. The flat has a total of five rooms, a corridor, from which there is an extra shower room, an extra toilet and an extra washroom - seen this way there are three bathrooms with one function each ;-) So we never get in each other's way. The entire apartment, including your room, is laid out with parquet flooring. In the kitchen you can sit down for a beer or wine in the evening with the flatmates. So you should be a sociable person. The flatmates are students and people who work who are often on the move. So there are mostly not five persons in the flat.

Your Room
Your room has a large window and is therefore very bright. Your room is furnished with a high bed, Mattress, desk, and wardrobe. You dont have to pay for the furniture. You use it and leave it there for the next person. A deposit of €1,000 is required, which must be transferred after signing the rental agreement. This serves as a guarantee that you will move into the room and that it will be kept free for you.
Electricity, water, insurance is included in the rent - there are no extra costs.

Location

The apartment is located in the 15th district on the border with the 6th district. There are several bars and cafés on Ullmannstraße that invite you to linger. In four minutes you can reach the Gumpendorfer Straße (U6) or Margarethengürtel (U4) subway stations. A drugstore is a 2-minute walk away. Please note that the shared apartment is on the fourth floor and the building does not have an elevator, so you should not have a problem climbing a few stairs.
