We are looking for a new roommate!
We are Anne and Sylvie (40+) and we are looking for a third person who would like to share our cosy apartment with us.
Straight to the hard facts: the room is available from February/March on. The room is not furnished. Rent is 550€ plus 250 € for everything else. This includes internet, cleaning service (yay!), insurance etc. The flat is well equipped with a dish washer, washing machine, microwave, a bathtub, and a shower as well as a big balcony (with a bed on it!!).
We are located in the 12th district near Meidlinger Markt, with U6, U4 (Niederhofstraße, Längenfeldgasse, and Meidlinger Bahnhof) all within a few minutes walking distance. Buses, trams and all essentials are nearby too.
Now to us both:
Anne: I’m working as a freelance graphic designer for social and ecological clients. I’m currently exploring opportunities in the geography-sector. I have several other jobs which I juggle constantly. Every year I help in a reforestation-program for a week. This makes me very happy.
Sylvie: I have always been drawn towards nature and its conservation. I currently work as a project manager the sector of sustainability. I’m on the move a lot and have been living a polyamorous lifestyle for a number of years now. (Needless to say, I welcome open-mindedness, and sex-positive people)
We’re both active and leave the house a lot, but we sure enjoy sharing a bottle of wine or a schnapps in the evening. We are also pretty good cooks 😉
We are members in a foodcoop and we engage in foodsharing. We try not to waste too much (in this regard, we are getting a lot of help from our earthworms in our two worm composting boxes) and are conscious about our carbon foot print.
