Hi, I am looking for a flatmate in a 2 bedroom shared apartment in a beautiful new building. A 4-minute walk to the U6 and S-Bahn (suburban train) lines. I am currently staying in this apartment, I would like this share this with one more person.

The apartment has a very spacious living and dining area with a very nice and large kitchen. All cooking utensils are provided. The apartment is fully furnished. There are two wardrobes in the bedroom that can be taken over. There is enough space for a bed and a small desk. The bathroom has a large bathtub that is perfect for a shower, plenty of storage space, and a washing machine. The toilet has a separate sink. There is enough storage space in all living areas. There is a bicycle room and a small 2m2 basement compartment.

The room is approximately 16m2 and does not adjoin the other bedroom. The apartment is generally very quiet. There is a courtyard on both sides. The windows can be tilted at night in the summer. The apartment is also pleasantly cool in the summer.

It is well connected. The U6 and S-Bahn lines are a 4-minute walk away. You can reach the city center in 30 minutes, the Prater in 15 minutes, the Donauzentrum in 15 minutes, and the Danube Island in 10 minutes. Also, Eurospar, Billa, Hofer, and Lidl are in vicinity.

The €670 includes all costs: rent, running costs, electricity, heating, and internet. And additionally, you will pay 670 euros deposit.
