The room comes fully furnished with a desk next to the window, a spacious wardrobe and a comfy bed (80 cm; can be extended to 160 cm). New bedsheets and towels are also provided so you can move in right away. The room can be locked.

The location of the apartment in the calm neighborhood of Floridsdorf is perfect for walks in the park or the danube island. The Floridsdorf train station (S-Bahn and U6) is 8 minutes walking distance from the apartment, and you can easily reach the city center (Wien Mitte) in 11 minutes with a direct S-Bahn from Floridsdorf.

The common area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a table where you can sit and dine with your roommates if you like. A bathroom with shower and washing machine and a separate toilet, a storage room/pantry and a closet in the hallway also shared with your roommate.
