Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February.
The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move-out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered.
