from January 1st 2026 a large, bright and fully furnished room will be available in a friendly and tidy 4-person shared apartment located on Hofzeile in the 19th district of Vienna. The WG is currently home to two young women and one young man who value a respectful, calm and orderly living environment.
There is a spacious shared kitchen with a dining table, a shared bathroom, a seperate toilet, a storage room and an entrance hall.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator in a well-kept building, and all common areas are clean and well equipped. The location offers excellent public transport connections, situated between tram lines 37 and 38 as well as several bus stops, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach Schottentor and the city center. Supermarkets, cafés and green areas are close by. House rules must be followed, night rest must be respected, pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. The total monthly rent is 680€ including electricity, gas and internet, and the deposit is 1360€.
The rental contract is limited to 5 years, with a minimum stay of 12 months. Termination is possible with a two-month notice period and only at the end of February, August or September.
