The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and there was never any problem.
We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people living there.
After bad experiences we do not give IBAN!
Deposit money €1000,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.) please. The deposit is returned after your check-out. Please also pay your monthly rent in cash - receipt is provided of course.
