The apartment is exclusively for students, and the current tenants are students (2 female, 1 male) who value a friendly, respectful, and relaxed living atmosphere.

Contract:
The contract is for a period of 5 years but can be terminated after a minimum stay of 12 months with a 2-month notice period effective at the end of February, August, or September. Earlier termination or cancellation at another time is only possible if you find a suitable replacement tenant whom we approve.
