The house is completely renovated, has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, washing machine and ceramic hob.
This room is ideal for students and young international workers.

EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 25€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 25€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
