Hellooo,
I'm subletting my room from March 1st until August 15th.
You'll be sharing the apartment on the Othellodreef (close to Station Overvecht, 10 minute bike ride to Neude/city centre) with two relaxed working guys in their early 30s. (so there's 3 bedrooms :) )
There is a possibility I'm not moving back (since I'm looking for something permanent in Amsterdam), that means there's a possibility for this to be long term! Unfortunately registering isn't possible though...
The room itself is small, +- 8m2, BUT the living room and kitchen are very spacious! Plus a large wardrobe built into the wall just outside the room. And the apartment has a storage garage. And a big balcony! So all in all in pretty comfortable.
The rent will be +-€650/month. (The reason I don't now the specific amount is due to the fact that the landlord will up the rent this month and is gonna take into account energy consumption.)
