The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase. The colours of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.

Located on the first floor, bright and very spacious. 220 square meters of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 7 single rooms. The apartment is excellently refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.

The area is very central and the context is particularly pleasant and highly appreciated by students. Very well served area, close to all main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy. A few steps from the university centre of Palazzo Nuovo.

The advertised rate applies to stays ranging from 6 to 12 months. For shorter stays (3 to 6 months), a 10% surcharge will be applied to the monthly rent. 📈
