Zona Crocetta, near the Polytechnic in a strategic and sought-after position, we rent a beautiful suite with a balcony, specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a TV cabinet, queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, curtains, mirror, shoe rack, bookcase and relaxation armchair. The colours of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.

Located on the fifth floor, bright and very spacious. 126 square meters of surface. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 5 single rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with high-speed WI-FI, washing machine, microwave and equipped kitchen.

The area is a prestigious residential area and the context is particularly quiet, pleasant and highly appreciated by students. Well served area, close to all major services, such as supermarket, bus stop, subway, pharmacy... A few steps from the university campus of the Polytechnic.

💶 Rental Pricing:
The advertised rate applies to stays ranging from 6 to 12 months. For shorter stays (3 to 6 months), a 10% surcharge will be applied to the monthly rent. 📈
