All this in a fantastic three-storey detached villa, each floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, shared living area with large kitchen with double hob, double fridge and dishwasher and laundry area with two washing machines. There is a large garden, with barbecue, bicycle parking and pergola. Cleaning of the communal areas is included in the rent. The Pozzo strada area is quiet and full of services, supermarkets and is very well served by public transport. It is only three minutes' walk from the Rivoli metro stop, and a short walk from the bus stops for the polytechnic, which can be reached in 10/15 minutes.
