The flat is composed by a large equipped kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms and other 5 bedrooms. The flat is shared only with international or Italian students. The flat is on the ground floor and you also have a small garden!

The monthly rent included all utilities : electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges. cleaning of common part once a month.
