It is 20 minutes by bus from the Polytechnic, the bus and metro stops are two or three minutes from the house.
It is composed of a large entrance on which there are two bathrooms with shower, 2 balconies the kitchens and 4 single rooms, two standard and two suites. The apartment is fully furnished and refurbished, the kitchen is equipped with everything. There are a washing machine, an ironing board and iron, oven, microwave etc. The flat is shared only with international or italian students.

The monthly rent is all utilities included: electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges.
