The room is equipped, There is a single bed, spacious wardrobe,desk, chair.
The flat on the ground floor is composed by a large equipped kitchen , nice bathroom and other 3 bedrooms. The flat is shared only with international or italian students.

The monthly rent is with all utilities included: electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges.
