Al 1° piano di una palazzina con ascensore, si compone di tre stanze singole, una cucina completa di forno, fuochi, frigo, freezer e lavastoviglie, sala da pranzo completa di tavolo con tre sedie e TV, un bagno finestrato con box doccia e lavatrice ed uno sgabuzzino.
Un ampio corridoio con una capiente scarpiera collega le varie stanze.

On the 1st floor of a building with a lift, it consists of three single rooms, a kitchen complete with oven, stove, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, dining room complete with table with three chairs and TV, a bathroom with window , shower and washing machine and a closet.
