• During the entire rental period, tenants must remain enrolled at Tilburg University, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, Avans University of Applied Sciences, or a comparable accredited educational institution in the region;
• The room may be occupied by a maximum of one person;
• Subletting or allowing third parties to use the accommodation is not permitted without prior written consent from the landlord;
• A guarantor may be required if the tenant does not have sufficient independent income;
• A security deposit forms part of the tenancy agreement;
• The tenant must act as a responsible tenant and use the accommodation in accordance with its designated residential purpose;
• Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or in any shared areas;
• Pets are not permitted;
• Any alterations or additions to the accommodation require prior written approval from the landlord;
