A very large sunny individual room double bed with private bathroom ( shower + sink and toilet) in a shared flat on the ground floor apartment , comprising hall, 1 common bathroom + 9 private bathrooms , 2 fully equipped kitchens , living and dining room .
In this flat there are 11 private rooms in total and you have also access to the common garden .
The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair , relax chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . There’s also a washing machine and dryer ( in the bathroom ) at the disposal off the tenants .
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the charges .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself during his stay.
We are looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months or longer.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).

General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees , young workers and students of various European nationalities. At 5 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and Commission, Luxembourg Easy communications to all directions: bus and metro at the end of the street here . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport terminus Gare du Luxembourg or Nord. In the vicinity: shops, supermarkets, post office , park .

We also rent for shorter period minimum 6 months but then we ask a monthly supplement
