🛌 Room Features:
Every room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and plenty of storage.
Duvets, linens, and towels are all provided, and rooms are cleaned weekly or bi-weekly.
💡 Utilities: Everything is included! This covers water, electricity, heating, insurance, high-speed Internet/TV, and even a Salto digital door opener for easy, secure access.

- We typically work with Korfine for handling security deposits, ensuring a smooth and secure process for tenants. The deposit amount is safely held in a dedicated account, guaranteeing transparency and compliance with Belgian regulations. Deposits are refunded within two months after departure, as required by law

Check-in/check-out will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm.
The exit inventory will take place Monday to Friday before 12 noon.
Outside these hours and at weekends, a supplement of €100 will be charged in addition to the cost of the entry inventory (Article7 of your future contract).
