Each room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, internet, and heating. One person per room only. The rent is non-negotiable and includes all bills: electricity, water, internet, and heating.

- Initial contract: 3 months, renewable if everything goes well.
- Rental contract issued: 10 days before the move-in date.
- Security deposit: One month’s rent, to be paid one week before move-in.
- Notice period: One month.
- This accommodation is not eligible for housing benefits (APL, ALS, CAF).
- Non-smoking property, vaping is also prohibited.
- No parties or noise disturbances from 11 PM to 8 AM.
- Priority will be given to students.
