E' dotata di un letto ad una piazza e mezza, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, specchio, scarpiera, divano 2 posti.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.
Situato al 7° piano, luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia, essendo più alto degli edifici nei dintorni. È composto da una cucina abitabile, un bagno con doccia, 4 suite singole con letto alla francese o matrimoniale, ciascuna con divano 2 posti. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.
PAGAMENTI:
Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee
Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
La prima rata sarà pagata al momento del check-in dopo il controllo della camera

It is equipped with a queen size single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk with storage, bedside table, mirror, shoe cabinet, a 2 seats sofa.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.
Located on the 7th floor, bright and spacious. Double facing and wide view, being taller than the surrounding buildings. It is composed of a eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 4 single suites with a double bed or French bed, each one with a two seats sofa. The apartment is renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with Wi-Fi, washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all basic accessories.
PAYMENTS:
The first month + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the booking
The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
The first installment will be paid at check-in after the room has been checked

- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
