Following your booking through HousingAnywhere, you will need to submit documents for contract drafting. Once the contract is mutually signed (always prior to check-in), the deposit should be transferred directly to the bank account specified in the contract (before check in).

Utilities cover building fees, water, garbage tax, internet, weekly cleaning of communal areas, and regular house maintenance.
